Developing a viable website for the company and/or brand paves the ground for interactive marketing operation. We plan, develop and manage websites for corporations and non-profit organizations. We have over 7 years of development experience and have been awarded numerous prizes for our work. The websites that we have developed include corporate portals, corporate marketing sites, brand sites, e-commerce sites, promotion sites as well as corporate Intranets.
Our site development projects include leading multinationals and local blue-chips. We have also undertaken development projects for government and non-profit organizations such as Taiwan Government, Taipei City Government, Foreign Trade Association and Information Technology Bureau.
We have a very comprehensive method of undertaking a large scale development project, starting from information architecture planning to designing of web pages and system development as follows:

Step 1
We analyze the current website to identify the problems to be solved. This includes evaluation of the site from the perspective of management needs as well as consumers' information needs. SWOT analysis will also be presented to clarify the competitive market situation.
Step 2
IA (Information Architecture) planning pin points consumers' information needs and their website surfing behaviors. It provides the basis for site structure, navigation and website functions that can best meet their needs.
Step 3
The next step is to design the site structure based on our IA plan. While structure planning provides a blue print of the website, it is accompanied by wire-frames of page layouts. Although the site structure reflects the site concept and orientation, it must be pre-tested to determine the best structure that can meet the site objectives.
Step 4
Structure planning is followed by navigation planning that maps out the browsing behaviors of different site visitors. Our technique produces the most friendly and practical navigation patterns.
Step 5
Content planning involves preparation of a plan for information content and functional content to be included in the website. Information content must be relevant and up-to-date and is accompanied by a content delivery plan that specifies the delivery date of each content and its author. Each functional content consists of front-end user interface and backend program. All functional contents are listed in the plan.
Step 6
The creative plan occupies the central place in website development. It starts with spelling out the design guidelines regarding the use of logo, colors, fonts, graphics and page layout. This is followed by establishing the creative concept, look and feel of the entire website as well as actual execution elements. Mandatory elements of the site design must be listed clearly. If licensing of any copyright contents are required, licensing arrangements will be specified. We have also set up design guidelines for organic search engine optimization.
Step 7
System development generally covers the basic package and optional items. The former includes content management system, site administration system, and traffic monitoring system. Optional systems include e-commerce system, e-learning system, distribution-related system, e-mailing system and all other systems that are needed for a higher level of site operation. There are also interactive programs that are needed by the client to run special functions of the website such as bulletin board, forum, blog and other virtual simulation functions. Designing of a viable database is also a crucial part of system development. We are particularly well of both Sequel and Oracle databases. Detailed discussions of system development and database development are given in separate sections.
Step 8
Once all the necessary development planning has been done, The website undergoes a usability study in order to ascertain that the site structure, navigation tool, creative outputs as well as systems are all user friendly and management effective.
Step 9
Finally a payoff analysis is performed to measure probable payoffs from the website in terms of expected exposures to the targets, the extent of sales support needed for leads generation, the number of inquiries handled, expected payoff from online promotions and all other web operation criteria as set by the management

We have started to offer PDA and 3-G website development projects in cooperation with the leading carrier with XML language and flash and video interface.
